I am always looking for opportunities where I can leverage my creative talents to work on projects or a possible new career.

My Career
I worked in hospitality for many years before moving into the corporate environment at RealNetworks in 1998. After that, I moved to Cingular Wireless and worked in their internal communications department. In 2006 I worked at LightingUniverse.com as a marketing manager until I transitioned to Puget Sound Energy in 2008 as a web analyst. Later that year I was hired as the Multimedia Program Manager where I managed the visuals department for over 8 years. In 2016 I transitioned into the Customer Outreach department where I've been helping customers connect with our products and services. I also helped establish our internal Green Team for our 3,000+ employees in 2017 and helped establish green baselines that helped reduce waste and increase sustainability across our service territory buildings and offices.

Specialties
Over the years I've found myself able to many things very well. Here's a short list
Video Documentaries - Ability to bring ideas to fruition through planning, project scope, management and timelines. With the countless videos I created while at PSE, I've been able to hone in on the process that works and is successful.
Photography - Corporate and environmental head shots and portraits, landscape, industrial, construction, commercial, events, sports, drone, stock, autos and fleet, concerts, adventure, architectural, business, candid and more.
Digital Asset Management - implemented and managed the enterprise software for PSE - worked with over 300,000 files that became a resource for the entire company.
Drone Pilot - Over 200+ hours of flying at a commercial level for engineering, real estate, surveying, corporate and personal.
Geocaching - implemented, maintained and managed a large scale program that involved almost 100 geocaches across 10 counties that brought regional accolades and ongoing customer gratitude and support.
Events - Detail oriented and driven to bring success for the project. I've hosted and supported hundreds of events over the years with great success.
Social Media - Over 15 years of experience working on popular platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & more.

Other Jobs
While working at PSE, I've managed to always stay creative by doing other creative projects over the years. I've been a volunteer photographer and video producer for the local Make-A-Wish Chapter since 2010. I've helped document and assist with almost 50 wishes over the past 11 years - an experience that has been very fulfilling.  I've been working as a seasonal staff member in the marketing department at the Summit at Snoqualmie as a photographer and videographer since 2016. From 2009 - 2016 I operated my own media business (Mill Creek Multimedia) where I photographed and filmed various client projects. Many of these projects can be found in the portfolio above.

I've also operated several other businesses over the years, such as a Mountain Guiding Service (Cascade Guiding Services), online marketplaces (Quest Alb Mountaineering) and now an online fitness resource guide called Chasing Fifty.

Hobbies
I enjoy anything fitness related. I have climbed Mt Rainier 2x, qualified for the Boston Marathon (2015) , co-founded a Snohomish County based Cycling and Multi-Sport team (SnoCo Velo) and qualified and represented TeamUSA at the World Championships for the Duathlon in 2017 & 2018.

My hobbies are vast. Here is an exhaustive list that keeps me very busy:

“Ridiculously creative is the phrase that comes to mind when I think of Scott. He is a dynamic project manager and committed to providing the best customer experience.
