Brian lives in Mill Creek with his wife, Amy, and teenage sons, Connor and Nathan. By day Brian is in-house legal counsel for a local, family-owned home building and land development company. By night he is a City Council member and Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Mill Creek.

Brian has been an avid cyclist since the '90's when he did STP, RAMROD and participated in local criterium and road races. Work and family demands kept him off the bike for 10+ years beginning in the early 2000's but the cycling bug hit him again in 2014. Joining Snoqualmie Ice Cream Racing in August 2016 provided the motivation for Brian to fulfill a long goal of racing cyclocross. Brian enjoys the SICR team rides, and looks forward to more "Ice Cream and Cowbells" with the fall CX season.
